Corpse Candle is the moniker of Robert Meldrum, delivering a singularly gruesome and severe spectrum of warped sound art. This latest long-player from the project is a treacherous slog, wading through a toxic swamp of mangled horror sound.

"Don't Kill the Messenger" brings five brutal navigations through crumbling tunnels, hurling us headlong into the dank shadows. Haunted voices and wretched sulfur tones undulate, forming a shape of abrasive shrapnel, spinning, caustic and broken, until ultimately collapsing into a heap of jagged rust - a terrifying apparition.

This is the howl of triumphant decay.
