We're thrilled to finally unleash these two jagged gems of cosmic crust pop, psychedelic country and creaky crooner styles from the one and only Charles Free, a.k.a. THE SAVAGE YOUNG TATERBUG; notorious godchild of the fading dawn, road-dog darling, and keeper of salacious secrets, delivering sweet, sweet syrup for badly burnt brains.

We consider Charles to be one of our favorite musicians working today, so we're proud to help the legacy continue. It's a dream come true to finally make the sauce available for public forehead smear.

These two nuggets work within a structured modality, with a blasted Western twang that cuts hard and a deeply melted AM radio vibe. Where his early work was firmly rooted in the beloved plunder-crumble approach, this is another beast entirely, just fully twisted jukebox mode. A perfect single, well worth the wait.
